This is one of two Rosewood Rococo Revival Armoires currently in inventory, the one pictured here has an unusual slide out desk which is inside the armoire. the stenciled label is on one of the shelves. this armoire was polished more than 20 yrs ago and is in good condition but could use some polishing for the perfectionist, there are more images of this armoire available by looking at item 459b, also the label and interior are shown on item 459b

A Rosewood Rococo Revival Armoire attrib to J&JW Meeks, NY circa 1855, with an original & highly figured Maple interior, & 3 original fitted maple shelves. Although this armoire does not bear the Meeks signature, I have sold a virtually identical one a couple of years ago labeled J&JW Meeks
